All castings currently produced by the group are supplied in a fully machined ”ready-to-assemble” condition as per the customers design and specifications.
The parts are machined on conventional center lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and CNC Turning center. The infrastructure and machinery set up is more than adequate to meet the current level of Production and customer quality requirements.
The group currently has 2 CNC Turning centers for its captive use, and it plans to install several more in the next financial year to match customers increasing demands for greater precision and size.
