Mangaladevi Engineering, Adimaye Engineers and Ashapuri Industries were incorporated in the year 1993 by Mr. B. R. Bontra under the aegis of Mangaladevi Group. Mr. B. R. Bontra is an entrepreneur who has an experience in the automotive and engineering sector since 1962.

Mangaladevi Group is a self financed start-up which has enjoyed a tier -II status since its inception and is ISO-QAR certified. The group is a leading manufacturer of clutch assembly for domestic automotive components, construction, and agriculture and tractor industry. We are tier 2 for many leading brands like Mahindra & Mahindra’s, Amalgamation Repco, APLS Automotive and SPX Flow Technology.
